PRICING Unless otherwise indicated all our rental pricing is per day and does not include taxes. A rental day is considered to be from 2pm to 11am (just like a hotel). Add-ons Panel Delivery and Setup- $199 If driver must wait for access or space to setup, wait time is $99/hr Pickup- $99 Custom Kiosk signage - Call for Quote All reservations require a $200 deposit. Full payment is due prior to delivery. Any date changes or cancellations that are made within 2 months of the reservation date will incur a $200 charge. Changes to reservations that involve date, delivery, setup or pickup are always subject to availability. Customers purchasing Delivery and/or Setup services will need to provide their desired delivery/setup times at time of purchase. Changes to the Delivery and/or Setup time are permitted at anytime, subject to availability. Customer will provide a contact who must be present to accept delivery. We will make our best efforts to be on time but may be up to 30 minutes early or late. It is important that the contact person be available during that one hour window. Morning Pickup is only available in locations where booth and computer system are in secure location and where access for pickup is available from 9am - noon the following day. Pickup service includes tear down and packing. Customers purchasing our After Hours Pickup service will need to provide their desired pickup time at time of purchase. Changes to the pickup time are permitted at anytime, subject to availability. We will make our best efforts to arrive at your event at the chosen time but may, at our discretion, arrive up to 30 minutes prior or up to 1 hour after your desired time. If your event venue closes up at night, it is important that you select a pickup time at least 1.5 hours prior to that closing time (1hr late arrival window + 30min to pack up booth). There will be an information card attached to the kiosk or booth that includes the cell phone number of the driver who will be picking up the equipment. You may call that number to enquire about the estimated arrival time or to request an earlier or later pickup if it looks like your event will wrap up at a time other than you anticipated. Pickup service includes tear down and packing. Delivery and Pickup is within Calgary city limits only. Delivery outside this area may be possible for an extra fee.
